How to achieve perfect brows:

Use a flesh-toned liner mark where the eyebrow should begin on your face. This is just outside your natural line of the outer bridge of your nose. Identify the highest point of your arch, this is along the outer rim of your pupil and upwards. This should follow the natural shape of your existing eyebrows.

Mark the bridge line, this is where your eyebrow will end. At the bridge line draw a line under the outer corner of your eyes. Once you’ve marked three focal points with the flesh-toned liner on your brows, start point– highest arch-end point, you’ll need to tweeze underneath the highest arch. Determine brow shape using on the three marks you’ve placed on your eye brows as your guide where to pluck.
For best results, if you have sparse eyebrows, use a matte eyeshadow or brow shadow and angled brush to fill in your eyebrows using a brow brush.
