WORKOUT WEDNESDAY: GYM SKINCARE AND HOW TO REDUCE BREAKOUTS AFTER YOUR FITNESS ROUTINE
When it comes to working out, I feel more like Adele than those fabulous people who love to feel the burn and love to sweat. I just don't like it. Perhaps, I will get there one day.
The only work-out advice that I can give is about skincare , let's call it #gymskin.
Remove your makeup before getting your body temperature up. Your pores open, perspiration begins to increase. Don't do harm to your skin by allowing sebum, sweat and makeup to get trapped in your pores. When your pores become congested you get breakouts.
