From Vogue to Shape black women are gracing the covers of every major fashion and beauty magazine there is and it is giving me LIFE. More incredible There is a black woman actually creating life in its most pure form. WOW! 2018 has been a rollercoaster year for women as we have unite in beauty, fashion, S.TE.M., tech and politics to empower each other and make this world a better place. We are seeing so many shifts in our world - it's lovely to see beauty and diversity in across the world's most influential platforms.

I can't write without mentioning the queen! Oprah Winfrey covered British Vogue in August and I couldn't have imagined this icon looking any more elegant. While Megan Markel, the Duchess of Sussex made the cover of Newsweek as she touched the world and made all of our heart's skip a beat when nearly a billion eyes watched her change the monarchy forever when she married Prince Harry in May 2018.
